The Company is confident with how accurate the products look and appear on the Website. However, on online purchases our costumers can still request a refund, in writing, within 14 days from the date of placing the order. Due to hygiene reasons, items, which have been washed, laundered or used, cannot be accepted for refund. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Damaged or altered goods, due to customers’ negligence will not be accepted. With the exception of faulty goods, all goods returned are at the customers’ expense. When returning your item, you are responsible for insuring the package for the full purchase price. The arrangement of collecting the items will be arranged once you have contacted us.
Once the item is received, our Quality Assurance department will check and approve the condition of the product in line with our returns policy conditions. The Company will then refund you the purchase money.
