The shipping period depends on which country where the order is shipped, but as we rely on third-party shipping companies, below is an estimated shippingperiod.
Denmark: 1-2 days with GLS and DAO
Europe:2-4 days with GLS and DHL
Rest of the world: 3-7 days with DHLNB!
We hope you love everything you order from us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange any article within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we must have your ordered items returned to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt. As soon as we have received a returned article, it will undergo a quality control. All approved returns will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping cost) to the credit card used for theoriginal purchase. Waycph ApS only credits the card used for the purchase to limit the use of stolen credit cards.
Waycph ApS does not accept items that have been used, altered or washed. All articles must be returned, including original Waycph tags and bags, etc. All articles must be returned in their original packaging in the same state in which they were delivered. We recommend that all articles are returned as packages to ensure safe arrival and tracking availability. Please note that damaged or soiled articles will not be accepted but be sent back to the customer and/or refundrefused.
